Level I - Qualitative Assessment of Product / Service features and positioning providing clients insight as to the competitive strengths, weakness and gaps of their offerings.
Level II - Focus Group Assessment of Product / Service features, positioning, and performance provided by a random sample of client provided panel. Focus Group provides a subjective analysis of Product / Service enhanced by statistical analysis of group responses.
Level III -Quantitative Assessment of Product / Service features, positioning, and performance providing clients insight as to the competitive strengths, weakness and gaps of their offerings at a detailed and objective level.
Level IV - Comprehensive Assessment of a Product / Service providing Qualitative, Quantitative assessments and an Focus Group assessment. Combines all of the analysis methods listed previously into a 360 degree assessment providing clients insights from both analyst and customer perspectives resulting in a comprehensive understanding of a product / service market image.
